Vitaliy Stadnyk is PhD graduated as biochemist and worked more than 10 years as postdoctoral researcher and assistant profession in different institution in Ukraine, Austria and Hungary. Since 2011 till 2017 he worked for ISD Information Systems as:
- Senior Business Analyst,;
- BA team Leader on various projects and clients, including Montefiore Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente and Christiana Care Health System. From 2017 till 2019, Dr. Stadnyk worked as Chief Business Analyst and Global Implementation Manager helping company with the implementation of healthcare product solutions on global market, including USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Indonesia etc. In 2019 he was promoted to the Director of Strategic Initiatives to develop, oversee and implement strategic programs that support a company’s vision and short- and long-term plans.
"Adaptation of client-facing teams to new markets"
In presentation there will be discussed the most burning aspects of client-facing staff adaptation to new markets. You will talk about essential soft skills set, e.g. :
- negotiation skills;
- conflict management;
- cultural differences;
- show some practical examples.
Also there will be a part of presentation about BA/implementers training curriculum development and how market size and location can affect it.
